  I've never been treated so rudely before. The Manager made us feel belittled in her presence. One of the ladies who works there was a friend of mine from high school , I felt comfortable talking to her to get help with getting some different sizing down from the shelf. Their boss told her to "Go do something useful." She left and her boss tried helping me. We ended up leaving without purchasing anything because she again belittled us. I haven't been back since.

  Kept sending me unsolicited emails, and I continued unsubscribing. (Which is always ignored). What their doing by this is not ethical - or very smart in this day of concern about on-line marketing strategy.

  I have to wear heels for my waitressing job, and the lady that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and patient, as I considered my different options to keep my feet as comfortable and stay within my budget. Every payless I have been in has had great employees as I have gone there for years with my job.

  I've never been said hi to, asked if I needed help, or anything. The other day I ran in desperately needing a pair of shoes before work as mine were soaked. I went to my size and there were shoes thrown EVERYWHERE from what I'm assuming were from children. No other customers in the store so these could have been picked up. My size aisle had two employees standing at the end of it talking, I did a quick scan for anything I liked and when I saw it walked up to the girls to ask for my size. They were loudly bashing a male employee and ignored me when I said excuse me. I stood there for about 2 minutes right beside them before I just decided to leave.
