    They had great service at the store. The problem was the delivery. First the auto system was wrong. We had a 12:30 to 4:00 delivery. And we apparently the last address on the delivery. We were promised that the packing material would be taken away at the store and frankly they were proud of this service. We had a "drop" of the couches...then nothing. Basically a here it is now f*** off. Not impressed. We have already paid money for the delivery...the expectation was pay tip and we will help. Really disappointed.

    My partner and I came to this location to furnish our entire 1 bedroom apartment. From a 7-piece bedroom set, to our living room furniture including a sectional, rug, two ottomans, and coffee table; a dining set and desk; and finally our TV and audio solutions; we were given top notch service from the sales rep Gary and the management team who stayed in touch to ensure a seamless transaction from payment to delivery. Delivery was perfect. There were a couple items that were damaged; however upon contacting my sales rep and the customer service team at this location, they came through to replace one item and discounted the other for us. We were so impressed we purchased more! We got quality well-made furniture and quality service from this store. Highly recommend. They also helped us see the value in the extended warranties on the mattress and sofa.

    they sold us a broken bench without mention of damages. the delivery was scheduled for the 27th .. i phone on the 27th after waiting half the day and was told it was scheduled for the 2nd. No one ever answer their contact us on their website. Something usually go wrong when you purchase from them. Once they made the sale they are absolutely not willing to help you make it right.

    Honestly we've bought quite a few things now from this brick but today was the last day we'll step foot into this location. We were followed around the entire store when we came to look for multiple things by the same salesman. I get that your on commission, but at least let us take a breath and not have to whisper to each other about if we like the product or not. Any time my husband and I tried to speak to each other about something we didn't like about whatever we were looking at the salesman would sneak up behind us and say "oh this is the best quality, the absolute best we have". If cracked furniture is the "best quality" the brick has, I'm actually quite concerned and will now look somewhere else. When I approached a manager and spoke to him, he said he would deal with it, but nor did he offer an apology when I told him how uncomfortable we felt about the situation.
