    Customer service was very poor. Rude cashier named Ciara swore under her breath when helping me. The store is a mess, not shopping here again.

    Went and bought a foam mattress from the Coquitlam store tonight. No customer service so we had to find someone to help us . Granted this it was 830 ( stores closes at 9 ) get what we nees .Go and pay . The cashier was rude . There was also three other employee standing behind her all having a personal conversation . Told to go around back to get the mattress where we wait ,ring the bell many times . We are around back by 845 and by 858 we decide no one is coming to give is the mattress we have paid for . Guess we are going back tomorrow to get it . If i could give them a negative star I would . Terrible customer service and I dont get the product I paid for .

    Great service and got some smoking good deals - Dax was super helpful and highly intelligent, so the conversation was lively. Will go back for more household purchases!
