  Really positive experience here overall. A great selection of high quality and visually appearing furniture can be found throughout the store. What's more, I find Ashley typically offers better prices in comparison to similar establishments. The staff were pleasant, as well, and fairly low pressure.

  If you're looking for sleek, modern furniture this isn't your place. If you're looking to furnish your parent's place, highly recommend Ashley's. Huge store with lots of options but left after a few minutes. Prices seemed in line with most other furniture store in the area.

  Came in for my second visit. I dealt with Nemo again, and once again he was able to help me pick out the perfect furniture for my bedroom. Glad to know I don't have to check out multiple places for all my furniture needs. Thanks again

  If I could leave less stars I would. We spent over $3000 on a couch set. Had looked at many stores and found others we like for less than half the price, but I made the argument that quality counts. I assumed that paying the extra would mean a much higher quality couch that would last us longer, and if there was a problem it would be quickly resolved by the company.

  I emailed the company, the promised a manager would get in touch...nothing. I emailed again, still nothing. We have now suffered with this couch for 3 years and hated every minute of it! Find something else to buy from somewhere else and save yourself some money and a ton of trouble!!

  the subject, never answering. She would repeat the question again, and unfortunately got no answer. There is nothing wrong with saying, "I don't know the answer to that. Let me find out for you." I feel that the way my wife was treated, was totally disrespectful! The customer service however, was great! There was some manufacturers defects on the love seat, and the furniture was picked up, repaired and sent back in good time. The delivery people were also very polite.

  How I was wrong. We weren't even into the first year of the couch when we started seeing wear that you wouldn't expect of a high quality couch. Velcro to hold cushions in place was frayed and not even sewn onto the couch properly, fabric was breaking down, padding in the arm rests were shifting away from where it was supposed to be.

  I recently bought a couch during their Boxing week sale, and I've been happy with the purchase. You'll probably have to wait about a month for delivery, as they ship their items in from California. Delivery is offered but you can pickup from their warehouse for free if you have the means.
