    Very lazy cosmetics department staff... Was standing waiting for some help for some time, so I went to ask a blonde lady for help and she said that somebody else would help me. She then proceeded to just stand there doing nothing.

    I do not know how to even begin. EXTREMELY rude staff (Except for Tammy). First of all, they do not care about the customers; they give you looks every time you ask something, like you are supposed to know the answer to everything, they do not know about the promotions that are going on at the moment, PLUS they do not care about selling you anything!!!! Anyways, every single time I go there to shop, I have a TERRIBLE experience, no matter what it is (Especially on the Nespresso side). I really felt like complaining because I don’t think they should be working as customer service representatives. Horrible customer service, unpleasant and ignorant staff and management. Half of employees here should be fired.
